- Please telephone or email us (using the Availability Enquiry Form below) to make a provisional booking. Your provisional booking will be held for you for seven days.
- Complete and return the booking form (PDF version above), along with your 25% deposit.
- We will confirm your booking by post.
- Eight weeks before your holiday, please send the remaining 75% plus a £200 (300€) damage deposit cheque.
- We will send confirmation of your final payment and other relevant information to you by post.
- Once en route for La Longère Rose, please call us if you are delayed or lost!

Payment details:
Verbal or email reservations will be held open for 7 days, awaiting the receipt of your deposit and booking form.
Reservations are confirmed on receipt of a completed booking form and a cheque for 25% of the total cost of the holiday (made payable to "Mrs C Wilson").
Full/final payment is due 8 weeks before the start date of your holiday.

| Damage deposit:
A damage deposit of £200 (300€) is required (by separate cheque) and should be enclosed with your final payment.
The damage deposit will be refunded within 4 weeks of departure, less the cost of any damage or breakages.

| - More than 8 weeks prior to arrival - no charge
- 4-8 weeks prior to arrival - 50% of total rental
- 2-4 weeks prior to arrival - 75% of total rental
- Less than 2 weeks prior to arrival - 100% of total rental
